Real Madrid vs Liverpool
Uefa Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool is an interesting game because of the route of two teams during the competition, specially in the play-offs. Real Madrid had to play against tough opponents such as PSG, Juventus and Bayern Munich. Liverpool scored a lot of goals against FC Porto, Manchester City and AS Roma.
The pressure of each team is different due to the history in the competition. Reds return to the final after the defeat against AC Milan in 2006/07 but everyone remembers that amazing victory against the same team two seasons before. Sam Patterson says "watching Champions League without Liverpool for the majority of the ten years has been a gruelling experience, but thankfully we are back on the biggest stage of them all, and the club could not be better placed to push on from here". Real Madrid is in a good position to achieve the third consecutive victory. Alex Alvarez confirms that "the players has a winning spirit in every match".
Both supporters liked to watch an attacking game, although with some tactical caution. Sam Patterson liked to see "a mixture of tactical discipline and aggression, reinforcing the idea that there has been an increase in defensive safety, even with the attacking abilities confirmed in the challenge against City". On the other hand, Real Madrid is ready to attack from the flanks. Alex Alvarez believes that "Zidane should choose 4-3-3 and use the quality of Marcelo and Carvajal". The Real Madrid supporter wants to explore "the high pressure that the opponent´s defense usually does".
During the knock-out competition, Liverpool and Real Madrid, played against the best teams in Europe. The Spanish side have eliminated three teams that were champions in the last two seasons. The victories against PSG, Juventus and Bayern Munich are enough for Alex Alvarez to recognize enough merit to the team. The opponent´s of Liverpool weren´t national champions, but they overcame the most exciting team during this season, according to the football experts. However, Sam Petterson admits that "Liverpool had strokes of luck along the way, specially in Rome".
This game has an extra attractive passing by the attacker trio performance of the teams. Sam Petterson believes in Salah and Firmino to make damage in Madrid´s defense, and Alex Alvarez puts all hopes in Cristiano Ronaldo.
